Mito Sushi offers products and services to hotels, restaurants, schools, golf clubs, reception halls and other institutions.


A wide variety of products are offered to meet your clients’ demand. Our sushi is freshly made every day and can be delivered in rolls or in ready-to-serve trays.

Mito chooses its ingredients carefully and according to high level standards, in order to ensure premium, fresh and safe products.

Our central kitchen is the only sushi kitchen in Canada with the two highest accreditations in the industry: HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Control Critical Points) certification audited by the CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) and GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative).  Our plant is also LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified.
