Official regulations

• What are the key dates?

  The Contest is held by MITO Group Inc. (“Organizer” or the “Contest Organizer”).

  The Contest runs during the following period: Contest Start Date: November 4, 2023 Time: 00:01 Contest End Date: November 11, 2023 Time: 23:59

• What are the eligibility criteria?

  The Contest is open to residents of the province of Quebec who have reached the legal age of majority on the date of entry. Excluded: directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives of the Contest Organizer, its parent company, any company, trust or other legal entity controlled by or related to them, as well as members of the immediate family (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother, legal or de facto spouse, regardless of place of residence) of the aforementioned persons or persons with whom they are domiciled (whether related or not).

• How to participate ?

  No purchase is necessary to participate or win. Purchase does not increase chances of winning. The Contest is available at https://mito.ca/concours-mito-iga/. Five (5) winners will be named and awarded one of five (5) gift cards valued at $100 each. Complete the form at https://mito.ca/concours-mito-iga/- from November 4 to 11, 2023 – filling in all fields and any other information requested. All data entry fields on the registration form must be completed, unless indicated as optional.

• What are the prizes ?

  The prizes available to be won are as follows: – Five (5) IGA gift cards valued at $100 each. Prizes are awarded at random. The Organizer is not responsible for the prize once awarded. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of use of the prize supplier.

• What are the draw dates?

  Date: November 15, 2023 Draw Time: 12:00 The draw takes place at the administrative office of Groupe MITO Inc., 4600 rue Molson, Montreal, H1Y 0A3. Draw details: Random selection from all valid entries received during the contest period.

• How can I claim my prize?

  In order to be declared a winner, any selected entrant must:
  a) be reached by telephone or e-mail, at the sole discretion of the Contest Organizer, within ten (15) days of the draw. Any selected entrant who cannot be reached following appropriate and reasonable steps taken by the Contest Organizer during this period will be disqualified.

  b) The prize will be sent to you within a maximum of 15 days following acceptance of the prize by the entrant.

  Awarding of prizes. No prize will be awarded until the winner has been confirmed. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize (or part of the prize) of the same nature and equivalent value or, at its sole discretion, the monetary value of the prize (or part of the prize) indicated in these rules.
