    Contact us via our contact form and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm, but you can also contact us via Facebook or Instagram Messenger and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!   • How far in advance can I order my MITO sushi and Poke bowls for pick-up at my nearest IGA?

    You can order your MITO sushi and Poke bowls on our website up to 7 days before you’d like to pick them up. Enter your postal code to find a MITO counter at an IGA near you, choose the date you’d like to pick up, and we’ll take care of the rest! You’ll get an email with an order confirmation, letting you know that our MITO chefs have prepared your sushi.

  • How far in advance do I need to order my sushi and Poke bowls to pick up the same day?

    To ensure an easy pickup for your order, make it at least two hours in advance. You have until 2:59pm to order MITO sushi and Poke bowls to pick up the same day. After 3pm, you can make an order to pick up the next day if your MITO counter will be open. If not, you’ll be able to select another MITO counter near you.

  • I made an order for pickup AFTER 5pm and the MITO counter is closed at my IGA. Where can I pick up my order?

    For pickups after 5pm, you’ll be able to find your orders at the fish counter.

  • Can I order MITO’s Asian cooking ingredients for pickup at the same time as my online sushi and Poke order?

    Not at the moment. Most of our MITO cooking products are not available to order from our sushi counters. However, once you’re at the IGA, you’ll be able to find our 3 refrigerated sauces (Poke marinade, Kami sauce, and spicy mayonnaise) right in the fridge of your MITO country. You can find our complete range of ingredients (including Calrose sushi rice, rice vinegar for sushi, ready-to-serve Tempura, sushi sauce, and much more) in the fish department or on the shelves near the MITO counter. You can also order our ingredients, as well as your favourite sushi, on IGA’s website.

  • How can I find the MITO counter at an IGA close to me?

    Simply enter your postal code and you’ll find a list of MITO counters close to you. Please note that some MITO counters do not accept online orders on certain days. If your closest MITO counter is not available on the day you’d like to order, you can choose another close-by counter or another date.

  • Why do I need to create an account to make an order?

    Creating a user account online allows us to send you notifications about the order and lets us offer you a better customer experience.

  • Can I pay for my order online?

    At this time, you can only pay for your orders at IGA. Ordering online simplifies the pickup by allowing us to prepare your orders in advance and ensuring that your order will be ready for you at the time you choose.

  • Can I bring my own containers to pick up my order?

    We do not allow outside containers for reasons of hygiene and safety. To ensure a high standard of quality, our chefs adhere to rigorous food safety standards.

  • Do you offer delivery via food delivery apps like Uber Eats or Doordash?

    Some of our counters offer delivery via Uber Eats and Doordash in Montréal, Laval, Ville-Saint-Laurent and Vaudreuil-Dorion. If you are in the delivery zone, you’ll see MITO Sushi as an option on your delivery app. If not, delivery is unfortunately not available in your neighbourhood.

  • I forgot my password to login to my user account to make an order. How can I reset it?

    Click on “I forgot my password” and you’ll receive an automatic email with a temporary reset password. You’ll then have the option to set a new password for future logins.



  • Do you offer GLUTEN-FREE sushi, Poke bowls, and Asian ingredients?

    Our meals prepared on-site may contain or have come into contact with the following allergens: PEANUTS, WHEAT OR TRITICALE, CRUSTACEANS AND MOLLUSKS, GLUTEN, MILK, MUSTARD, NUTS, EGGS, FISH, SESAME, SOYA, SULFITES. We cannot guarantee that our products are gluten-free as they may be cross-contaminated.

    For MITO’s Asian cooking ingredients, please consult the list of allergens on the packaging. For all products, please refer to the product label for more information.

  • The kind of sushi that I’m looking for today isn't in the MITO fridge. What can I do?

    Some products are offered only via our à-la-carte menu. Do not hesitate to ask our Itamae chef when they are on-site and it would be their pleasure to prepare sushi made-to-order (applies to available menu products only).
