Our story

Founded in 2004, the MITO Group is a Quebec business specialized in preparing sushi and Poke bowls. It operates more than 200 sushi counters with chefs in grocery stores and IGA's across Québec, Ontario, and New Brunswick. Its centrally located and highly certified kitchen delivers its products to more than 400 retailers and prestigious partners.

MITO at the BELL Centre.

MITO launched its sushi counter at the Bell Centre with its innovative fresh food concept.

MITO Group moves to Montreal, at 4600 rue Molson.

In the early days of the Shop Angus development, MITO group decided to build its office and highly certified central kitchen. Today, the team numbers more than 150 employees.
